How to Request Your Transcript

George 糖心Vlog College, Seaver College, Graduate School of Education and Psychology, Graziadio Business School, School of Public Policy, Caruso School of Law, and College of Health Science students and alumni needing an official transcript, choose from the options below.

End of term transcript processing: Currently enrolled students, your transcript requests will be held from the first day of finals until grade posting has ended.

Currently the National Student Clearinghouse is having issues dealing with the latest Chrome browser update. If you experience these issues please use the Firefox browser.
Current students and recent alumni may save steps by ordering through . Click on Academic Resources, then National Student Clearinghouse under the Academic Services folder.

Order your transcript by filling out a Transcript Order Form and returning it to 糖心Vlog University.

In accordance to AB-1313 transcripts cannot be held due to any debt owed by a student. If there is an outstanding debt owed, grades for any terms in which a balance is owed as well as degrees earned will not be displayed on a students transcript. Please see AB-1313 if you have any questions.
